These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the licensing and usage of music production files (“Beats”) provided by US (“Licensor”). By purchasing a subscription or downloading any Beat, you (“Licensee”) agree to the following terms:
1. License Type
The subscription grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-refundable license to use the provided Beats for the creation and commercial release of original songs.
The platforms allowed for monetization depend on the subscription tier purchased. The Licensee may only monetize their songs on the platforms included in their selected plan.
2. Delivery of Beats
After successful payment, the 10 fixed Beats will be made available for instant download on the website and sent via email download link. No new beats are added during the subscription period.
3. Ownership & Rights
All Beats remain the full property of the Licensor. The Licensee does not receive ownership or copyright to any beats.
The Licensee is granted permission to create a new musical composition using the Beats.
The Licensee may not:
- Claim ownership of the Beat itself
- Register the Beat or instrumental alone on Content ID systems
- Resell, re-license, or distribute the Beats as instrumentals
4. Content ID / Copyright Systems
The Licensee may monetize their songs on YouTube and other Content ID platforms only if their subscription tier includes YouTube.
Uploading the instrumental or claiming Content ID ownership of the Beat alone is strictly prohibited.
5. Subscription Terms
- The subscription renews monthly until canceled.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- After cancellation, the Licensee may keep and continue monetizing previously released songs, but may not release new songs using the Beats.
6. Credit Requirement
When releasing music, the Licensee must credit the producer as:
“Produced by [Your Producer Name]”
This must be included in track metadata and/or release description where applicable.
7. Liability
The Licensor is not responsible for:
- Any claims or legal issues arising from the Licensee’s use of the Beats
- Loss of revenue or data
- Delays due to technical issues beyond the Licensor’s control
8. Termination
The Licensor may terminate the license if the Licensee violates this Agreement. Upon termination, all usage rights to unreleased material are revoked.
9. Modifications to Terms
The Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the subscription constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
